- Every customer must pick up their SportAppro pass by themself. Please take an identification card with you.
- You can pick up your SportAppro pass in advance from CampusSport’s customer service desk in Educarium on Tuesday 25.9. between 5-9 PM and on Wednesday 25.9. between 4-9 PM.
- You can pick up your SportAppro pass from CampusSport’s customer service desk in Educarium on Thursday 26.9. starting from 7.30 AM. Please note that you can not pick up your SportAppro pass from anywhere else.
- You need to return your SportAppro pass to CampusSport’s customer service desk in Educarium (Assistentinkatu 5) no later than 10 PM. When returning your SportAppro pass, you get in exchange the overall patch corresponding to the number of attended sports classes during the day. You can do this only on the SportAppro day.
- You can check the SportAppro overall patches on the SportAppro site.
Participating in the sports classes
- Be well equipped. All the equipment used during the sports classes is available in the sports halls. You only need to bring clothes that are suitable for exercising, indoor shoes, a water bottle and a sweat towel. Check on the Appro sports classes site if a sports class requires other equipment.
- Check carefully where the classes are held, so that you have enough time to move from one place to another. You can find the locations on the Appro schedule site.
- Make sure you have enough time to get changed and pick up the required equipment before the class starts. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the class starts.
- If there are multiple groups for the same sports class, you can participate in this sport only once.
- When you arrive at the sports facility, you need to register with a CampusSport staff member. You must register for each sports class separately.
- If you have made an advance registration for the sports class, tell the CampusSport staff member your name, so that you are marked as present in the sports class. You must do this at the latest 10 minutes before the sports class starts, otherwise your advance registration will expire.
- If you don’t have an advance registration for the sports class, ask a CampusSport staff member if there are any places left. If there are places left, you can participate in the sports class. The remaining places are available on a first come, first served basis.
- If a person with an advance registration doesn’t show up at the latest 10 minutes before the sports class starts, their place in the sports class becomes available. These available places are available on a first come, first served basis.
- Registration for the sports classes start at different times in different places. See below:
- In Educarium, Sport Sirkka and Iskeri, registration starts after the previous sports class has started. For the first class of the SportAppro day, registration starts 30 minutes before the class starts.
- In Rock the Pole Turku, Aninkaisten keilahalli, Kiipeilypalatsi, SaippuaCenter, Liikuntakeskus Alfa and Kupittaa, registration starts 20 minutes before the class starts.
- In Caribia, registration starts 30 minutes before the class starts.
- Make sure you get a stamp in your SportAppro pass for each sports class you participate in. A CampusSport staff member or the instructor of the sports class will give you a stamp after the class ends. Note that you get one stamp from sports classes that last 30-60 minutes and two stamps from sports classes that last over 60 minutes.

Advance registration for SportAppro classes
You can make reservations for three SportAppro classes after purchasing a SportAppro ticket from the CampusSport online store. Advance registration starts on Monday 16 September at 2 PM and ends on Wednesday 25 September at 10 AM. Reservations are made through the CampusSport electronic reservation system. Making reservations for the sport classes is highly recommended, as it will ensure that you will be able to take part in the sports classes you wish to participate in. All places are available for reservation in advance and the queue slots are not in use in the reservation system. Please note that if there are multiple groups for the same sports class, you can participate in this class only once.
How to make reservations for sports classes:
1. Click on the “Reserve a class” link on the CampusSport website,
2. Log in with your HAKA ID,
3. Select branch “SportAppro”,
4. Select the type “Sports shifts”,
5. Select service “All group reservations”,
6. Select 26.9.2024 from the calendar,
7. Find the sports class you want to participate in, select “Make reservation” and then select “Confirm reservation”. Repeat three times if you want to make a reservation for three sports classes.
8. You can make changes to or cancel your reservations until 10 AM on 25.9.
Check carefully where the classes are held, so that you have enough time to move from one place to another. Do not sign up for sports classes that start right after the other ends unless they are in the same place. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the class starts. If you are late, you can not participate in the sports class.
Write down your reservations because reservations are not shown on the page “My reservations” after the advance registrations closes on 25.9. at 10 AM.
If you have paid the CampusSport sports fee and you make 3 reservations for SportAppro classes, you can only have 1 other reservation for CampusSport’s sport shifts.
It is possible to attend more than 3 sports classes during the SportAppro day, if some classes do not get fully booked or if people do not show up to the classes at least 10 minutes before the class starts. In this case, the remaining places are available on a first come, first served basis.
