Sports Academy’s co-operation event

Turun Seudun Urheiluakatemia (Sports Academy of Turku Region) will organize a well-being event for all CampusSport’s members on Wednesday March 14. The day will start with different kinds of measurements at Kupittaa Sports Hall from 2 pm to 4pm. After that, from 4pm to 6 pm, there will be a lecture about time management at Pharmacity. The event is free of charge for CampusSport’s members.

At Kupittaa Sports Hall it is possible to test your own physical limits. The measurements made are 20 meters running (maximum running speed) and a jump without speed. You will get personal feedback after the measurements. The measurement afternoon starts at 2 pm with a joint warm-up so you need to arrive at the sports hall at the latest 13.45. The measurements are finished at the latest at 4 pm.

You need to enroll in the measurements through CampusSport’s online reservation system. You can find the measurements by selecting webshop as a branch and sports classes as a type.

The first 100 people to enroll will get a place. If the event is full, you can reserve a queue slot. In case of hindrance, reservations shall be cancelled in the electronic system at least 3 hours before.

From 4pm to 6 pm, there will be a lecture about time management at Pharmacity (lecture room T49 / Pha 1). The lecture is in English and it is held by psychologist and mental coach William Lemoine.

A short description of the lecture: “On this course, the participants get to know how to manage the tasks that they need to do efficiently and to make a plan in order to reach bigger goals. Simple tools are also given in order to keep a good level of mental energy.”
