HappyOrNot feedback terminal has now been introduced at Educarium
User feedback is essential for us to improve the services. We receive the most feedback about our gyms and sports facilities, while feedback concerning sports shifts is less common. For this reason, we are now testing a HappyOrNot feedback terminal at Educarium to collect more feedback specifically related to sports shifts. The terminal is located near the customer service desk at Educarium.
You can give feedback on any aspect of the sports shifts, such as instruction, equipment, the sports hall, or any other topic of your choice. We encourage you to give open feedback. It gives us the most detailed and useful information for improving our services. All feedback will be reviewed, and we take necessary actions whenever possible. The HappyOrNot feedback terminal is available at Educarium daily from 4:30 pm to 22:10 pm. At other times, the device is in sleep mode and cannot be used.
Other feedback channels include the feedback form on our website, email (info@campussport.fi), as well as the feedback papers and boards at our gyms. In addition, we conduct an electronic feedback survey each semester.
