7. Gym etiquette and identity verification
We want to remind that everyone needs to follow the gym etiquette in our gyms. It is up to us all that the gym environment stays safe and pleasant. CampusSport’s gym etiquette is available at all gyms and on our website – Gym etiquette.
To ensure proper use of CampusSport services, the staff has the right to request a valid form of identification from the customer (such as a student card, Kela card, or driver’s license). All customers of CampusSport gyms and sport shifts must carry valid identification when using the services. Verifying identity helps to ensure that individuals who have not paid the sports fee do not use the services at the expense of those who have.
8. Sport shift reservations and queue procedures
You can participate in sport shifts either by reserving a spot in advance on CampusSport’s electronic reservation system or by attending without advance booking.
70 % of available places in each shift can be pre-reserved through the electronic reservation system. If all pre-reserved places are full, you can register for a queue slot. If you receive a slot from the queue, you will be notified by email no later than two hours before the shift starts. If you have not received a notification about an available slot at least two hours before the shift starts, you have not received a place for that shift.
30% of the places for sport shifts are allocated at the sports facility on a first come, first served basis. These places are separate from pre-reserved places or slots in the queue. These places will appear on the touch-screen at the sports facility two hours before the shift starts, at which point you can reserve one of these places for yourself.
This practice enables both pre-reservation and spontaneous participation in sport shifts, helping to ensure that the shifts are as accessible as possible to all our customers.
