1. Changes and exceptions in the sport schedule
- All classes and shifts are cancelled on 31 Oct 2026 due to All Hallows’ Day. The gyms are open normally, except for Aurum, which is closed due to deep cleaning at 6.00-12.00.
- Aurum gym is closed due to the Weightlifting for beginners course on Wednesdays 4 Nov – 2 Dec at 15.00-16.00.
The exceptions in the sports schedule are shown in the schedule on our website with the text “Exception: see info”. If you click the link, you will be forwarded to the page where all the exceptions of the current week are listed. You can find the page on the menu as well: Schedule -> Exceptions in the schedule.
All exceptions in gym opening hours are updated into each gym’s own page. Go to the Facilities page and select the gym you wish to get more information about.
2. Sport shift reservations and queue procedures
You can participate in sport shifts either by reserving a spot in advance on CampusSport’s electronic reservation system or by attending without advance booking.
70 % of available places in each shift can be pre-reserved through the electronic reservation system. If all pre-reserved places are full, you can register for a queue slot. If you receive a slot from the queue, you will be notified by email no later than two hours before the shift starts. If you have not received a notification about an available slot at least two hours before the shift starts, you have not received a place for that shift.
30% of the places for sport shifts are allocated at the sports facility on a first come, first served basis. These places are separate from pre-reserved places or slots in the queue. These places will appear on the touch-screen at the sports facility two hours before the shift starts, at which point you can reserve one of these places for yourself.
This practice enables both pre-reservation and spontaneous participation in sport shifts, helping to ensure that the shifts are as accessible as possible to all our customers.
More information is available on our website.

6. We control the amount of participants at sports shifts
The sports shifts start punctually at the time announced in the schedule. Those who arrive late are not let in the sports hall. It is also not allowed to participate in the shift if it is full.
Extra participants in the shift disrupt the flow of the shift and pose a safety risk. It is also unfair that the customers who follow the rules do not get to participate in a shift if it is full, but the customers who ignore the rules do.
We control the amount of participants with random ID checks at the shifts. We will check the identity of everyone present at the beginning of randomly selected shifts. Bring your ID (e.g., student card, Kela card, or driver’s license) to the sports hall always when participanting in the shift so that the check can be done as quickly as possible. Extra participants will get a warning from the first rule violation, and a two-month ban from using and purchasing the CampusSport sports services from the second violation.
