5. CampusSport’s gym equipment maintenance and repair procedure
The maintenance of gym equipment and delays in repairing some equipment have been the subject of discussion recently. We always repair all equipment as quickly as possible. You can find a summary of the equipment maintenance and repair process below.
All sports facilities and gyms are inspected daily by the staff. During the inspection, the cleanliness of the facilities, maintenance needs, and other factors affecting the customer experience are being checked. During the inspection, the employee assesses the condition of the gym equipment based on customer feedback and their own observations. Broken equipment and other problems are reported to the CampusSport management team.
Minor faults and deficiencies in gym equipment are repaired as soon as possible by CampusSport’s own staff. If one of the equipment develops a fault that requires professional repair expertise, we immediately order maintenance. CampusSport does not have its own in-house maintenance staff, which is why maintenance services are ordered from an external service provider. After the order is placed, a technician arrives according to their own schedule to locate and diagnose the fault. The repair will be done either immediately on-site or once the necessary spare parts have arrived.
