The Start! -course lasts 8 weeks. The course begins on October 24th, 2023 and continues until December 14th, 2023!

Weekly training sessions are scheduled as follows:

  • Tuesdays: 16:45-17:45 (focused on strength and mobility training)
  • Thursdays: 17:00-18:00 (dedicated to running training)

Who Is Not Suitable for This Course?

  • People who can already run several kilometers continuously may find this course less beneficial, since we’re starting in very gentle manner.
  • If you are not open to including walking as part of your running training, this course’s approach may not align with your expectations.
  • Individuals with disabilities that prevent them from running may find it challenging to fully participate in this course, as the focus is on running and walking activities.
