Opening hours during Christmas season
Sports shifts and gyms
The last sports shifts of the autumn semester are held on Sunday 14 Dec 2025. The next sports shifts after Christmas break will be held on Wednesday 7 Jan 2026. The gyms are open normally during the Christmas season. With the autumn fee, the access rights to the gyms end on 31 Dec 2025. With the spring fee, you can start using the gyms on 2 Jan 2026.
The gyms are closed due to deep cleaning:
- Educarium Mon 15 Dec 2025 at 7-16 and Tue 16 Dec 2025 at 7-16
- Formis Wed 17 Dec 2025 at 6-16
- Aurum Mon 29 Dec 2025 at 6-14
- Tyyssija Wed 31 Dec 2025 at 6-16
The sports schedule for the spring semester will be published in week 51. You can pay the sports fee for the spring semester at CampusSport’s online store starting from 2 Jan 2026 at 10 am. Please check before paying the fee whether you have already paid the sports fee for the whole academic year 2025-2026.
Customer service hours
The customer service desks at Educarium and Sport Sirkka are open normally until 14 Dec 2025. However all sports shifts and customer service are cancelled on 11 Dec 2025 from 4.30 pm onwards due to CampusSport’s event involving all staff members.
The customer service desk at Sport Sirkka is closed 15 Dec 2025 – 6 Jan 2026.
The customer service hours at Educarium during Christmas season:

- Fri 19 Dec at 16.00–17.00
- Tue 23 Dec at 16.00–17.00
- Tue 30 Dec at 16.00–17.00
- Fri 2 Jan at 16.00–17.00
- Mon 5 Jan at 16.00–17.00
