Barre class is replaced by abs, butt & thighs. The class will be instructed by Sarianna Jakobsson.

Thursday 8 Jan

Upper body workout class will be instructed by Kati Saarinen.

Bike basic class at 5pm will be instructed by Kati Saarinen.
