1. Sports services in the summer

The last sports shifts of the summer semester were held on 12 June. There are still sports services available in the summer:

  • The gyms are open the whole summer. However, the Roddis gym will be closed on 15 June – 23 June 2026 due to renovations.
  • Badminton and pickleball shifts are offered the whole summer. These shifts are only visible in the online reservation system, as the times and number of shifts may vary from week to week.

The summer semester ends on 31 Aug. The autumn semester starts on 1 Sep. More information about the academic year 2026–2027 (e.g. the sports fees and the sports schedule) will be published on our website in August.

2. Customer service hours in the summer

CampusSport’s customer service in Educarium is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 3 pm – 5 pm between 15 Jun – 31 Aug. There is no customer service in Sport Sirkka between 15 Jun – 31 Aug.

In case your issue does not require visiting the customer service desk, the best way to reach us is to send e-mail to address info@campussport.fi.

3. Exceptions in gym opening hours

The gyms are closed due to deep cleaning:

  • Tyyssija 23 June 2026 at 6.00–14.00
  • Educarium 7 July 2026 at 7.00–14.00
  • Formis 14 July 2026 at 6.00–12.00

Roddis gym will be closed on 15 June – 23 June 2026 due to renovations. A deep cleaning will also be carried out during the closure.

4. Answers to customer feedback

We did a customer feedback questionnaire in the spring. We received around 60 answers and want to thank everyone who answered! The average grade for CampusSport’s services was 4,12 (on a scale of 1–5). We have already taken some actions based on your suggestions. We will consider implementing the changes that require more resources during the next academic year.

As in previous feedback surveys, we have answered to some of the open-ended questions. You can find the answers in the news section on our website.

5. Regular badminton shifts for autumn 2026

You can book a regular badminton shift for the autumn period (1 September – 31 December 2026). The application period starts on Thursday 18 June 2026 at 9 am. The last day to apply is 6 August. A regular shift is your own group’s shift that takes place at the same time every week. There are shifts available in Educarium and Iskeri.

All students and staff members of the universities in Turku can apply for a shift, you do not need to pay the CampusSport sports fee. Half of the people participating in the shift have to be students or staff members in one of the universities in Turku. One person can apply for max. two shifts.

The price list and instructions how to apply can be found in the news section on our website.
