1. Answers to customer feedback

We conducted a customer feedback survey at the end of the year 2025. We received around 150 answers and want to thank everyone who answered! The average grade for CampusSport’s services was 4,26 (on a scale of 1 to 5). As in previous feedback surveys, we have answered to some of the open-ended questions. You can find the answers in the news section on our website.

We are happy to receive feedback anytime. You can give us feedback, for example, by sending an email to info@campussport.fi or leaving a message via the feedback form on our website.

2. Courses with separate fees starting in March

CampusSport offers approximately 10 short courses with separate fees every semester. There are still places available in the following courses that start in March: Fusion belly dance for beginners, Gym training for beginners and Orienteering for beginners. Last day to enrol in these courses is 8 March 2026.

See the page Courses on our website for more information.

3. Exceptions in the sports schedule and gym opening hours

  • Formis gym is closed due to the Gym training for beginners course on Tuesdays 17 March – 14 April from 7.00 pm. – 8.15 pm.

If there are any exceptions in the sports schedule or gym opening hours, we will inform you about them on our website. We won’t announce exceptions on our social media channels unless it is about a longer period or for example sudden interruption in the access control system.

The exceptions in the sports schedule are shown in the schedule with the text “Exception: see info”. If you click the link, you will be forwarded to the page where all the exceptions of the current week are listed. You can find the page on the menu as well: Schedule -> Exceptions in the schedule.

All exceptions in gym opening hours are updated into each gym’s own page as soon as we know them. Go to the page Facilities and select the gym you wish to get more information about.

4. Get to know new people by wearing a friend wristband

We will test a new way to find friends while exercising at the sports shifts in Sport Sirkka and Educarium. If you are looking for new friends or people to exercise with, grab a red paper wristband from the customer service desk and put it to your wrist. The wristband serves as a signal to other participants in the shifts: you are welcome to come and chat with a person wearing a wristband. You can go and talk to a person with a wristband even if you don’t want to wear one yourself. The wristband will bring you and your new friend together, and the rest is up to you.

There is a limited number of wristbands available, and we will test the concept until further notice. If the wristbands become popular, we will keep them in permanent use and a more sustainable solution will be found to replace the disposable wristbands. So, feel free to try out the wristband and give us feedback and suggestions.

More information can be found in the news section on our website.

5. Sunday walks with the sports tutors

Join CampusSport’s sports tutors in a Sunday walk. Walks will be organised once a month in February-April and you are welcome to participate in the walks regularly or occasionally. The walking pace will be adjusted to suit the participants’ level.

Sunday walks are free and there is no advanced enrolment. You do not need to pay the CampusSport sports fee in order to participate but you do need to be an enrolled student or a staff member in one of the universities in Turku.

The first Sunday walk will be held on Sunday, February 22nd. The walk will start in front of Turku Cathedral at 13:00.
