Muscle balance tests available in March

Want to test your movement control and mobility? CampusSport organizes FMS muscle balance tests in co-operation with Sports Academy! The test consists of seven functional test movements, which test mobility, body control and ability to produce movement. You will get a training programme based on your score and the comments of the physiotherapist monitoring the test. The goal of the programme is to develop exactly those areas in your body that in some way hinder your movements or have an undermining effect on your performance. After the tests, a training programme is carried out as a group workout. After this, everyone can independently carry on doing those exercises that are most important to them.
The tests are conducted at Kupittaa Ball Game Hall (Lemminkäisenkatu 32) between noon and 2 pm on the following dates:

The price of the test is 10 € including the training programme and a workout session. You can enroll in the test by paying the course product “Functional Movement Screen” at the online store of CampusSport. Please note that there is a separate product for each date (one person attends only one test session). Length of the test is 30 minutes/person and you will get to know the exact schedule one week before the test.
