Plea to the participants of the ball sports shifts!
This autumn, there has been a lot of violations against our terms of use, as well as inappropriate behaviour towards our staff members during the ball sports shifts. We have already had to reduce the number of badminton shifts in this autumn’s schedule compared with the previous years. We were forced to reduce the amount of badminton shifts because we were unable to use as much time to investigate the misconducts as the incidents required. If the terms of use continue to be violated, and if inappropriate behaviour during the ball sports shifts continue, we will also have to reduce other ball sports shifts from the schedule.
It is very regrettable for those participants of the ball sports shifts who behave appropriately that the inappropriate behaviour of some customers might lead to a reduction in the shifts. But we cannot tolerate inappropriate behaviour towards our staff members, nor is it possible for us to spend a disproportionate amount of time dealing with the violations.
We therefore appeal to the participants of the ball sports shifts so that we can continue offering the shifts also in the future:
- Follow the terms of use: Arrive on time to the shift. Do not go to the shift if it is already full.
- Behave respectfully towards our staff members: They do not make the rules, they just act according to the instructions they have been given. They deserve to have a safe working environment.
