Terms of use

By paying the sports fee the customer accepts CampusSport’s terms of use and give their consent to processing personal data.

General

  • The user of the sports services must follow the instructions given by the CampusSport staff.
  • The right to use the sports services is personal and must not be handed over to another person. The user shall not let anyone else access the sport facilities.
  • Upon request of the sports staff, users of the sports services must show their personal ID card.
  • CampusSport reserves the right to make temporary or permanent changes to sports schedules, shifts, and sports facilities. Customers will be informed of any changes as early as possible.
  • CampusSport’s sports fee does not include insurance. Customers are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage.
  • We require that all our customers commit to following the safer space guidelines. The purpose of the guidelines is to prevent inappropriate behaviour such as harassment, bullying and discrimination in all CampusSport’s facilities, shifts and events. In addition, the guidelines help both the customers and the staff members to intervene with inappropriate behaviour.

Reservation practices

  • Users can reserve a place to shifts 7 days before the shift takes place in CampusSport’s electronic reservation system. The reservation must be done at least 30 minutes before the shift starts. Every customer can have up to four (4) reservations and five (5) queue slots at the same time.
  • In case of hindrance, reservations shall be cancelled in the electronic system. Cancellations are not accepted by email or phone. The cancellation must be done at least 2 hours before the shift starts. After this, cancellation can no longer be done. The same cancellation deadline also applies to those who get a place from the queue.
  • The reservation must be confirmed on the customer screen in the sports facility at least 10 minutes before the shift starts. Showing the key tag to the reader alone does not suffice; the reservation must be selected and confirmed on the customer screen. If the reservation is not confirmed, the place will be released to other users.
  • The places become visible on the customer screen two hours before the shift begins. However, customers do not always have access to the screen at this time due to the opening hours of the sports facilities. You can check from this list when the customers have access to the screen.
  • All weekly shifts can also be attended without advance booking. 70 % of available places in each shift can be pre-reserved through the electronic reservation system. The remaining places are available on a first come, first served basis. Everyone needs to confirm their place on the customer screen. On pickleball and padel shifts, and some of the badminton shifts all places can be pre-reserved. The number of available places is shown in the electronic reservation system.
  • Two uncancelled or unconfirmed reservations lead to an automatic two-week reservation ban.

Rules of the sports facilities

  • The sports shifts start punctually at the time announced in the schedule. The users must pick up the required equipment before the shift starts. Those who arrive late are not let in the sports hall.

  • Using mobile phones is not allowed during the classes.
