Upcoming competitions
It is time to enroll to Counter-Strike and orienteering competitions. You do not have to pay the sports fee in order to participate, as long as you are a student or a staff member in one of the universities in Turku. Anyone can put a team together. You can for example ask fellow students to join your team and participate in the competitions.
CampusSport organises several tournaments and competitions during the academic year. All the competitions and enrollment dates are listed in the competition calendar for the season 2022-2023. More information about the competitions and the enrollment in the page Competitions.
Upcoming competitions:
Counter-Strike
Time: Starting from 17 October 2022. Estimated length of the tournament is 3-4 weeks.
Location: At a distance with own equipment in FACEIT platform.
Additional information: There is an amateur and a competition series in the tournament.
Participation fee: 11€/team
Last day to enrol: 9 October 2022
Orienteering
Time: 19 October 2022 at 4pm-5.30pm
Location: Kupittaa park, Hippoksentie
Additional information: Route length is 3 km. Compasses can be borrowed from CampusSport. Contact Carl Myrberg, carl.myrberg@www.campussport.fi.
Participation fee: 8€/participant
