Cancellation terms

Sports fees can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase under Finnish consumer protection law. However, some of the CampusSport’s services cannot be cancelled. The cancellation terms vary depending on the type of service. Cancellation always requires a written notice. More detailed information and service-specific cancellation terms can be found below.

Sports fees

  • The cancellation period for a sports fee is 14 days from the date of purchase. The sports fee may be cancelled by submitting a cancellation notice via email to info@campussport.fi no later than 14 days after payment. Simply not using the service does not count as a cancellation.
  • If you cancel your sports fee within 14 days of payment and the paid period has not yet started, we will refund the payment fully.
  • If you submit a cancellation notice within 14 days but the paid period has already started, or the validity period of a 30-day fee has begun, CampusSport will deduct an amount corresponding to the period already used from the refund.

Key tag

  • The purchase of a key tag may be cancelled by submitting a cancellation notice via email to info@campussport.fi no later than 14 days after the purchase date. If you have already collected the tag from CampusSport’s sports service counter, it must be returned to the same location within 14 days of the cancellation notice.

Courses with separate fees, events and competitions

  • The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to services that take place on a specific date or time. This category includes courses with separate fees, events and competitions. Participation fees for these services are refunded only in cases of illness upon presentation of a medical certificate (for courses, only if more than 50 % of the course sessions are missed). The same policy applies if a child becomes suddenly ill.
  • For individual and pair competitions, the participation fee will be refunded in cases of illness upon presentation of a medical certificate. Participation fees for team competitions will not be refunded, as teams have the possibility to replace ill players with other participants.

We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
