Regular shifts of the sports halls for the academic year 2024-2025

You can book a regular shift from one of CampusSport’s sports halls for the academic year 2024–2025. A regular shift is your own group’s shift that takes place at the same time every week. The application period starts on Monday 13 May 2024 at 9am. Last day to apply for a shift is 26 May. This application period is only for the whole sports halls. The application period for regular badminton shifts will open later in the summer.

There are shifts available in Educarium, Iskeri and Sport Sirkka. Addresses, instructions on how to find the entrances as well as the space descriptions are available on the page Facilities for rent. Please note that regular shifts are cancelled on midweek holidays.

Apply in CampusSport’s electronic booking system:
1. Open and select “Reserve a class”. Log in with your university’s HAKA code.
2. Select “Vakiovuorot” (i.e. regular booking) as the branch
3. Select “Liikuntavuorot/Sports classes” as the type
4. Search week 36 in the calendar
5. Select the time when you would like to have your shift

One person can apply for max. two shifts. The applied shifts will be confirmed via email after the application period has ended. You do not need to pay the CampusSport sports fee in order to apply for a shift. All staff members and students of the universities in Turku can apply. Half of the people participating in the shift have to be students or staff members.

Most shifts last for 55 minutes but some are 30 or 45 minutes long. You will see the length in the booking system. The booking is made for the whole academic year (1 September 2024 – 30 April 2025). However, if you would like to have a shift for autumn or spring only, please send an email to after having made your application.

  • Iskeri (495 m²): 462 € academic year / 289 € autumn or spring
  • Sport Sirkka (186 m²): 354 € academic year / 221 € autumn or spring
