2. Rules of the sports facilities
The new semester has brought a lot of new CampusSport customers – welcome! Especially the new ones, please read carefully these rules of the sports facilities. You can ensure that everyone has a pleasant workout session by following these guidelines.
- We require that all our customers commit to following the safer space guidelines.
- The right to use the sports services is personal and must not be handed over to another person. The user shall not let anyone else access the sport facilities. Upon request of the sports staff, users of the sports services must show their personal ID card.
- Dress appropriately. You will need clothing that is suited for sports, indoor shoes or socks, a water bottle, and a gym towel.
- Using outdoor shoes at the sports facilities is not allowed. Leave your shoes immediately after arrival in the shoe rack if there is one available (e.g. Formis, Iskeri, Roddis, Sport Sirkka and Tyyssija).
- The reservation must be confirmed on the customer screen in the sports facility at least 10 minutes before the shift starts. Showing the key tag to the reader alone does not suffice; the reservation must be selected and confirmed on the customer screen.
- The sports shifts start punctually at the time announced in the schedule. The users must pick up the required equipment before the shift starts. Those who arrive late are not let in the sports hall. Please arrive early enough especially in Educarium’s shifts as there are so many participants that the service desk might get crowded.
- Users take care of cleaning and returning the equipment they have used both in the sports shifts and at the gyms.
- Let others workout in peace. Avoid unnecessary chatter during instructed classes.
- Using mobile phones is not allowed during the classes. Photography and filming are generally prohibited in the sports facilities.
Please read CampusSport’s terms of use. We advise you to read especially the rules concerning reservations.
3. Exceptions in the sports schedule and gym opening hours
- Aurum gym is closed on Saturday 26 Sep at 6.00-12.00 due to deep cleaning.
All exceptions in gym opening hours are updated into each gym’s own page as soon as we know them. Go to the page Facilities and select the gym you wish to get more information about.
If there are any exceptions in the sports schedule or gym opening hours, we will inform you about them on our website. We won’t announce exceptions on our social media channels unless there is a longer period of exceptions or for example sudden interruption in the access control system.
The exceptions in the sports schedule are shown in the schedule with the text “Exception: see info”. Clicking on the link will take you to a page listing all known exceptions. You can find the page on the menu as well: Schedule -> Exceptions in the schedule.
