Movement control tests in March and April
Do you want to test your movement control and mobility? CampusSport organizes movement control tests in co-operation with Sports Academy.
The test consists of five functional test movements, which test mobility, body control and ability to produce movement. You will get a training programme based on your score and the comments of the physiotherapist monitoring the test. The goal of the programme is to develop those areas in your body that in some way hinder your movements or have an undermining effect on your performance. The training programme is carried out as a group workout on 9 April at 11am-12pm for those who participate the test in March and on 14 May for those who participate in the tests in April. After this, everyone can independently carry on doing those exercises that are most important to them.
The tests are conducted at Kupittaa ball game hall (Lemminkäisenkatu 32, Turku) between noon and 2 pm:
in March Tue 5th, Wed 6th, Tue 12th, Thu 14th, Tue 19th
in April Thu 11th, Fri 12th, Tue 16th, Fri 19th, Thu 25th
The price of the test is 10 € including the training programme and a workout session. You can enroll in the test by paying the product “Movement control test” at the online store of CampusSport. Please note that there is a separate product for each date (one person attends only one test session). Length of the test is 30 minutes/person and you will get to know the exact schedule one week before the test. The date and the time cannot be changed.
