Facilities for rent
CampusSport rents sports facilities to groups and private users for single or regular use.
The rental price list, as well as the descriptions of the facilities, are available later on this page. The price list is valid for groups in which at least 50 % of the participants study or work in one of the universities in Turku. Rent for other groups is double the listed price. Prices include 14 % VAT.
The exact application periods and instructions will be published on the page News and events approx. one week before the application period begins. Single reservations are made via email: petri.kuokkanen@campussport.fi. You can require after available regular shifts from the same address after the application period has ended.
Lengths of the regular shift seasons
- Autumn season: from 1 September to 31 December. Application period: for the sports halls in May, for the badminton courts in June.
- Spring season: from 2 January to 30 April. Application period: for the badminton courts in November, no application period for the sports halls.
- Academic year: from 1 September to 30 April. Application period: for sports halls in May.
- Summer season: from 2 May to 31 August. Application period: for the sports halls and badminton courts in March-April, for the tennis courts in March.
Please note that regular shifts are cancelled on midweek holidays.
Educarium
Assistentinkatu 5, Turku
Space description
The space can be divided into two halls (sports hall and gymnastics hall) with a soundproof curtain. Size of the sports hall is 506 m² and the gymnastics hall 220 m². Both halls have sound systems. Halls are suitable for group training and ball sports. There are no mirrors in the halls. Sport Sirkka

Space description
Size of the sports hall is approximately 170 m². There is a sound system and mirrors in the hall. The space is suitable for group training, but not for ball sports. Tennis courts
CampusSport’s tennis courts are located close to Educarium (Assistentinkatu 5, Turku):
- lower court next to the sand field behind Educarium, in a small forest close to Assistentinkatu
- upper court in a small forest at the top of the hill in Tuomaanpuisto
Lower court is marked in the map (pdf file) with number one, upper court with number two.
Tennis courts are available only for weekly regular shifts during the summer season. No single bookings available. The tennis season lasts typically from the beginning of May to the end of September. Regular shifts can be booked each year in March or April.
You do not need to pay the sports fee in order to apply for a shift. All staff members and students of the universities in Turku can apply. 50% of the players on the shifts must be from the universities in Turku.
Tennis courts are fixed with voluntary work before the season starts. Those who participate in the work get a discount from the price of the regular tennis shift. The voluntary work takes place in May before the tennis season begins. Those who have applied for a tennis shift will get to know the time of the voluntary work as well as the enrollment information in the regular shift confirmation email.
