Workout descriptions

Descriptions of our classes are available on this page. Please note that all classes are not available every season. Classes are divided into levels from 1 to 3, depending on how challenging the class is. Levels are marked in each description. After having paid the sports fee, you are welcome to try which classes suit you. During the classes, you can do the workout according to your personal physical abilities. You can ask the instructor for alternative movements and rest if needed.

All the equipment used during the classes is available in the sports halls. You only need to bring clothes that are suitable for exercising, indoor shoes, a water bottle and a sweat towel. We play music during most of the classes. The volume is reasonable but you can ask the instructor to adjust it, if needed. You can also wear earplugs.
